Your responsibilities

1.资金管理：现金/银行存款的收付管理，银行票据管理及现金流入流出分析,帮助CA2编制银行存款余额调节表Treasury management: check and manage the cash and cash in bank payment and receipt; bank draft management and cash in/out flow analysis,assist CA2 to prepare the bank reconciliation statement.Ensure payment approval standard is implemented properly and make payment timely2.除公司所得税之外的税务管理：负责增值税、房产税和印花税等的申报，提供税务局所需要的各种报表以及日常涉税业务的具体操作,协助 CA1&CA2收集税务方面的新政策，及建立税务信息平台。Tax management(exclusive corporate income tax): To declare VAT,property tax and stamp tax; send report per tax bureau bureau and handle related tax operation; support CA1&CA2 to be align with new policy and establish tax information platform3.进出口业务：负责办理外汇核销和出口退税、外汇付款等外币结算和相关审批工作，协助CA1进行风险管理Import & Export business: In charge of foreign exchange settlement and tax refund for export business, payment in foreign currency and go through related approval procedures, assisting CA3 to manage foreign exchange risk.4.负责高新技术企业退税和代扣代缴税款工作High tech company tax refund/withholding tax task 5.编制富奥董事会资料中的现金流量表相关报表并协助审计相关工作，Prepare cash flow statement and fixed assets related report in Fawer Board meeting report package and assist related audit work,。6.负责支持CA2开发区及富奥统计报表。In charge of ETDZ and Fawer statistic report 7.协助CA1总账及报表管理工作Assist CA1 general accounting & Reporting management task8.熟知现金银行管理规定及流程，负责定期回顾及更新。Familiar with Cash& Bank regulation & procedure,responsible for periodic review and update.9.负责监督公司废品销售. Mornitoring scrap sales10.临时分配的其他任务。Other Ad hoc tasks11.实现备岗职能Realized back up function
