Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cashier counter duties and day-end procedures;
  • Handle patients and next-of-kin enquiries;
  • Handle patient billing issues and ensure accuracy of all chargeable items when issuing invoice;
  • Follow up payment with patients, corporate and insurance companies;
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry and record keeping; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time.
 
 
 
Job Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary Education
  • At least 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Experience in hospital, hotel, airline or insurance company and area of billing and cashier is preferred
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on shift duties
  • Team player and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

 

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
