Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cashier counter duties and day-end procedures;
- Handle patients and next-of-kin enquiries;
- Handle patient billing issues and ensure accuracy of all chargeable items when issuing invoice;
- Follow up payment with patients, corporate and insurance companies;
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry and record keeping; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Completion of Secondary Education
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Experience in hospital, hotel, airline or insurance company and area of billing and cashier is preferred
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shift duties
- Team player and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
