What you will be doing:

• Co-ordinate the business activity of In Room Dining to ensure an efficient operation and excellent guest serviceResponsible for maximizing the revenue of every order by upselling in a professional manner
• Adhere to Food & Beverage standards and Fairmont Palliser polices to ensure a luxury experience for our guests
• Ensure timeliness of In Room Dining deliveries and tray pickup
• Co-ordinate the delivery of VIP gifts
• To report any irregularities or comments from the guest & ensure resolution and follow up.
• Ensure a clean, tidy and safe work environment at all times following sanitation requirements and the Fairmont Palliser Health & Safety Policy
• Must be a well organized individual and able to work in an unsupervised environment by directing self and others to fulfil the needs to our guests.
• Accurate preparation of bills, service tray and tables
• Responsible to ensure all our guests enjoy a positive Hotel experience by anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service.
• Cashier duties for correct posting of bills & shift balance

Your experience and skills include:

• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, personable and presentableFood & Beverage experience
• Good communication and organization skills
• Minimum of 2 years experience in four star Hotel is preferred
• Must possess excellent customer relations skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Read, speak and understand the English language
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated
• Able to function as part of a team and provide direction to others.
