• New casting source technical assessment, development opportunity evaluation & recommendation; provide necessary technical support to ensure smooth quotation process.
• Qualification of new casting source after down-selection, including preparation training, audits & corrective action closure, etc.
• Lead technical initiatives to support casting source on NPI part modeling & manufacturing process development/consolidation, test validation, and smooth transition to production.
• Lead technical initiatives to tackle manufacturing issue relevant to casting, resolve casting source capacity bottleneck & increase efficiency, reduce manufacturing disruption & ensure casting on-time delivery.

• Master’s degree, in Material engineering, casting processing or relevant engineering discipline.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Chinese.
• At least 3-year work experience on precision casting in foundry or relevant manufacturing/engineering functions.
• Familiar with vacuum casting & affiliate processes and correspondent controls; relevant aviation mfg/product experience is a plus.

• Solid problem-solving skill, and relevant experience on foundry process improvement using statistical/lean approach.
• Good team player, capable of collaboration cross-function & cross-continental.
• Proactive, structured thinker/execution, result-driven.
