At the heart of our thriving Food and Beverage department is our team of service associates who are passionate about looking after our guests and each other – they work hard and have fun doing it!

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our F&B team, primarily as a dedicated bar attendant in our premier venue, Best Brew Bar & Kitchen. We’re looking for someone who will excite and engage our guests with our beer and cocktail offerings. So, as our ideal candidate you will be passionate and knowledgeable about beverages, have great people skills and be determined to be your best.

 

You’ll need certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol, an ability to work within a team and autonomously and be available to work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Complete opening/closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.

Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.

Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glassware, and cutlery prior to use.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.

Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.


Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.

Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects, seeking assistance as required.

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps.

Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
