This exciting role offers opportunity to: The position has the responsibility to develop, plan and implement supply chain Management strategy and focus on optimizing cost, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers and supplied products for the assigned category or group of categories for PQ APAC. Also ensure execution in accordance with Company, SCM and Supply Base Management instructions and procedures. Familiar with EM/PE/ME parts design and cost breakdown. Clear relationship with suppliers, strictly follow Eaton code of conduct. Fluent English speaking, Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation, VAVE, etc. Work smart and efficient with systematic thinking, familiar with SAP is better. Develop Category Strategies for EM/PE/ME Categories, and ensure alignment of Category Strategies to Business requirements and objectives Responsible for supplier risk management and relationship management Applies appropriate technology and project management to effectively manage complex sourcing projects Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management 8+ years sourcing experience in Electronical Mechanical parts. Be familiar with EM marketing knowledge such as technology roadmaps and trends Good communication, fluent English speaking and presentation, familiar with SAP is better Yes!
