What you will be doing:

  • Procurement management coordination for Local categories: support to countries for identification & deployment of best practices, synergies, massif cation 
  • Lead on RFI/RFP/RFQ 
  • Assessment of suppliers proposals
  • Complete management of the selection process: shortlisting, meetings, negotiations, etc. and decision on selected suppliers 
  • Closing & contracting with selected suppliers, coordination with other departments (notably Legal) and implementation of contracts
  • Definition of KPIs, SLAs, and other contract indicators with suppliers, tracking of supplier performance management 
  • Suppliers onboarding roadmap in coordination with Digital Manager
  • Catalogue management: validate products publication in Akeneo 
  • Offers management: control offers and ensure their compliancy with negotiated contracts; carry out price monitoring
  • Orders management: monitor sellers’ KPIs in Mirakl
  • Shops management: control and make sure all shop’s information are always up to date 
  • Takes part to definition of development strategy for complex / multi-countries needs and responsibility on revenue and profit from categories
  • Procurement commodity management: takes part to development of procurement commodity strategy

Your experience and skills include:

  • 5 years relevant professional experience
  • English fluent required, other languages appreciated 
  • Hotel related experience is considered as an important advantage
  • Good skills in core purchasing activities (RFP / RFQ, supplier selection, contracting)
  • Strong analytical skills, good organizational skills
  • Forward thinking, having an innovative and “builder” attitude
  • Empathy, drive, ability to convince
  • Openness, willingness to learn new things, share ideas, initiate and support change
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex environment in matrix organization
  • Leadership, autonomy and strong decision making skills
