Main Purpose of the Job

Manage category sustainable growth via category strategy plan, innovation/renovation development & daily maintenance

Job Description

? Strategy planning:
  • Drive business topline: support to develop strategic roadmap &12Q pipeline for assigned category for a sustainable growth
  • Improve category bottomline: Optimize product mix continuously for better margin delivery

? Innovation/renovation development:
  • Identify the opportunities of innovation or existing products refinement, develop strong purpose-driven propositions
  • Work with CMI & external research agency to understand TA insights and generate insightful product concept
  • Lead project team, including R&D/SC/Procurement/Legal/R&A, to develop winning product 6P
  • Create impactful BET (Brand-experience toolkit) for innovation deployment

? Adapt & landing global strategy & asset to China
? Always-on monitor & analyze competitors
? Effective management of BMI (Brand & marketing investment)

Key Skills

? Growth mindset for business development

? Logical judgement capability with a good command of analytical thinking

? Supportive and good team spirit
? Fluent in both English and Mandarin
? Bachelor degree
? 3+ years working experience, Marketing function and Food industry is preferred
? Experience in project management, with innovation experience is a plus
