Manage category sustainable growth via category strategy plan, innovation/renovation development & daily maintenance

? Fluent in both English and Mandarin
? Bachelor degree
? 3+ years working experience, Marketing function and Food industry is preferred
? Experience in project management, with innovation experience is a plus

Job Description
? Strategy planning:
- Drive business topline: support to develop strategic roadmap &12Q pipeline for assigned category for a sustainable growth
- Improve category bottomline: Optimize product mix continuously for better margin delivery
? Innovation/renovation development:
- Identify the opportunities of innovation or existing products refinement, develop strong purpose-driven propositions
- Work with CMI & external research agency to understand TA insights and generate insightful product concept
- Lead project team, including R&D/SC/Procurement/Legal/R&A, to develop winning product 6P
- Create impactful BET (Brand-experience toolkit) for innovation deployment
