Responsibilities:

• Initial the sourcing for MKT (BTL&ATL) category

• Build up and management of the cross-functional team category governance committee/council

• Development of the policies & processes for category governance, implement Procurement SOP effectively into business side from 0

• Drive Category Excellence for centrally-managed categories.

• Analysis of the high-level category data and benchmarking

• Development of short-term and long-term category strategic plan align with business plan

• Identification of the potential initiatives to drive cost savings/process efficiency improvement
  

• Development the forecasting and demand plan throughout all BUs

• Development of sourcing wave plans to deliver the savings identified

• Development of the category profiles and cost structures by category

• Assessment of the price fairness from suppliers through benchmarking

• Development of sourcing strategies by category

• Market Intelligence and drive innovation for managed category
  

• Negotiation & vendor influencing
  

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, over 5 years of experience in MKT category sourcing, ATL experience is must

• Have business insight to MKT category, solid ability to identify sourcing specifications

• Leadership and collaborative skill, mature in communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with multi levels of cross function

• Have strong personality and ability to drive Procurement SOP moving forward to tough stakeholder side

• Cost sensitive and with rigorous cost saving experience
  

• Customer-focused with good planning.

• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently.
  

• Excellent time management, high work efficiency and ability to work under pressure.

• Skilled in using software like MS-Office, Windows etc.

• Fluency in Chinese and English; good communication skills

• Sound professional ethics.
