CATERING & CONFERENCE SERVICES MANAGER

Having a passion for planning events, you will play an integral role in driving our catering and conference events.  Your strong organizational skills will sell and plan the most distinguished events in Seattle!

What you will be doing:

• Hosting sites tours of hotel rooms and meeting spaces
• Negotiating and closing out contracts 
• Organizing and orchestrating various elements of confimed events
• Liaise between operational departments and vendors in the execution of events

Your experience and skills include:

• Proven experience in the planning and managing of catering and conference events
• Strong administrative skills and knowledge of technology
• Experince and confidence in communicating with a variety of business, vendors and clients 

Your team and working environment:

Inspire and lead a team of professional servers and bartenders in all Food and Beverage outlets within the hotel.  Mentor and train each individual to showcase the trending offerings we have to offer.
