Responsibilities:

• Source and develop new business opportunities
• Establish and maintain good relationship with new and existing guests
• Develop and implement the action plans of the catering events
• Handle all logistic works for the catering events
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure excellent services are delivered

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Catering/ Event Sales, preferably in luxury hotel
• Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines
• Good administration and organization skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Delphi system is an advantage, and proficiency in computer literacy
• With less experience would consider Assistant Catering Sales Manager
