KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with Store Manager to set daily goals and monitor KPIs and sales results on daily base
• Partner with Store Manager to set actions plan to achieve monthly/annual target while reinforcing sales techniques toward the team
• Maintain the visuals guidelines and standards of presentation, making sure the team is constantly representing the Brand
• Perfectly knows and applies Store Operation Manual, proposing actions to maintain the Store at Excellence Level
• Support Store Manager to do performance management and contribute to competencies and skills development

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated people management ability with at least six years of experience in retail/luxury industry
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Be passionate about learning new knowledge and skills
