Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understanding the course products and available course packages and promoting company’s services & products to perspective customers.
- Handle walk-in inquires, calls, and customers’ follow-ups in order to maintain valuable relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Provide support for children, parents, center manager & teachers.
- Manage center operations and handle general administration work.
- Perform high quality customer services at Front Desk.
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- Passion for children education or services
- Working experience in sales and customer service / education is an advantage
- Study or working experience in foreign country is highly considerable
- Service-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure with detail-minded and multi-tasking skills
- Confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Candidate with less relevant and customer experience can be applied for Assistant Center Officer
