Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the course products and available course packages and promoting company’s services & products to perspective customers.
  • Handle walk-in inquires, calls, and customers’ follow-ups in order to maintain valuable relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide support for children, parents, center manager & teachers.
  • Manage center operations and handle general administration work.
  • Perform high quality customer services at Front Desk.


Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • Passion for children education or services
  • Working experience in sales and customer service / education is an advantage
  • Study or working experience in foreign country is highly considerable
  • Service-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure with detail-minded and multi-tasking skills
  • Confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Willing to work on Saturdays
  • Candidate with less relevant and customer experience can be applied for Assistant Center Officer
