Job Description
Responsibilities
- Recruit students from age 3 to 14+, mainly at the Centre
- Maintain parents for long term relationships and close communication on students’ development
- Manage general enquiries including course structure, schedules, options and offers.
- Responsible for class administration including communication with parents and students of notifications from Centre, taking student attendance, class re-scheduling, leave applications, handbook record updating.
- Handle Centre daily operations including cashier, Centre opening, closing, safety and hygiene
- Coordinate with teachers on class schedule and rotations
- Report directly to the Management on daily and regular basis.
Requirements
- Degree, with 2 to 5 years of working experience in customer service or related field
- Experience in sales is preferred
- Experience in education industry or learning center management is an advantage
- Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), Chinese Word processing
- Customer-oriented with pleasant manner, patient with kids and parents, self-motivated, independent
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on weekends
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Center Officer
