Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruit students from age 3 to 14+, mainly at the Centre
  • Maintain parents for long term relationships and close communication on students’ development
  • Manage general enquiries including course structure, schedules, options and offers.
  • Responsible for class administration including communication with parents and students of notifications from Centre, taking student attendance, class re-scheduling, leave applications, handbook record updating.
  • Handle Centre daily operations including cashier, Centre opening, closing, safety and hygiene
  • Coordinate with teachers on class schedule and rotations
  • Report directly to the Management on daily and regular basis.

Requirements

  • Degree, with 2 to 5 years of working experience in customer service or related field
  • Experience in sales is preferred
  • Experience in education industry or learning center management is an advantage
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), Chinese Word processing
  • Customer-oriented with pleasant manner, patient with kids and parents, self-motivated, independent
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work on weekends
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Center Officer
