Job Description
Requirement & Responsibilities:
- F.5 or above, 2-3 or more years working experience preferably with relevant experience in F&B office administration
- Assist kitchen team for administration duties and smooth running of central kitchen
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese
- Good computer skills in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Follow up orders from customers by call-in, emails, fax and whatsapp
- Preparing invoice and monthly report (like recipes, stock, sales & inventory reports etc.)
- Job arrangement to driver
- Liaison with customers to ensure smooth operations
- Check and ensure no missing orders for everyday delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints by phone or email
- Maintain good account status and handle after sales service such as customer complaints, returns and replacement
- Working smart, careful, polite, responsible and good time management
- Good team player, proactive, attention to details & independent
- Up to date Hygiene Manager or Hygiene Supervisor certificate is an advantage
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
