What you will do

This person will join the Central Monitoring Service Center in Hong Kong. She/He will handle customer enquirers and compliant, respond to daily alarm signal, dispatch service and maintenance work.

How you will do it

• Follow up monthly billing and statement
• Manage daily administrative works and prepare Monitoring System reports
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction

What we look for

Required

• F.5 or DSE or above
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good telephone manner, independent and hardworking
• Rotating shift on Sunday and Public Holiday (overnight shift duty required)
• Flexible working hours and short working days down to 18 days a month

Preferred

• Security Personnel Permit holder is an advantage
• Outside for dispatch work is needed
• Experienced in guarding service
• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
