Your new role – challenging and future-oriented You will be a member of an ERP-PLM program management team. In alignment with our Program manager and Program time scheduler you will coordinate all related tasks within this program. In doing so, you will support the Program manager in all phases of the program concerning project management methodologies, setting up program structures, progress tracking and reporting. In addition, you will support him in preparation of documents, presentation, and decision proposals as well as meeting documentation. Next to this, you will also be responsible for setting up a systematic document filing system, thereby ensuring proper program documentation. You will provide program governance e.g., by compiling and managing program glossary and definition of tools to be used in context of program. Your qualifications – solid and appropriate You bring in a completed bachelor’s degree. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a project management related role. Ideally you are familiar with the SMO IT project management processes and regulations as well as PM@Mobility. Next to this, you are able to act in a complex program environment with many stakeholders and you have profound experience in concept development and implementation of international projects. You have a structured work approach and the ability to guide others towards a structured work approach as well. You are fluent in either German or English and have at least good conversational language skills in the respective other language. What else should I know?
