Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and front desk performance of the centre
  • Ensure operations are in compliance with company standard and procedures
  • Provide training and coaching to front desk staff
  • Maintain good team spirit & positive work environment
  • Ensure premier services is delivered to customers
  • Liaise with clients and respond to queries and questions

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 5 years of front desk experience in health & beauty industry
  • Strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, detail-minded and able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a plus
  • Willing to work on shifts duty from 10:00am to 01:00am
  • Team oriented with passion for quality services
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager
