MBUSA requires all new employees to present proof they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 when they start work. Job Overview
Administer new applications and re-commitments from program participants. Check AOI compliance and proximity to neighboring program participants. Complete approval letters and maintain archive. Complete and maintain participant profiles. Schedule initial certification training. Administer billing of program fees and collection of other fees related to training, etc. Ensure program participant accounts are current and accurate, and timely response to disputes and delinquencies. Coordinate and support required training, and administer program participants'' standing on required elements. Schedule all initial certification training and re-entry training. Notify program participants of results. Communicate remedial actions in the case of training failure or lapse. Coordinate and support marketing activities for the Certified Collision Program, including POS collateral, digital content, and certification plaques. In addition, support MBUSA participation and hosting of industry relation events, including insurance collaboration workshops and professional roundtables. Coordinate and support audit activities by the audit services sub-contractors, including updates on MBUSA process and procedure, network updates, and serve as liaison between contractor auditors and MBUSA field personnel. Coordinate and support Parts Logistics process to ensure certification-controlled parts distribution is accurate and complete. Communicate updates in Daimler technical information resources to program participants and audit sub-contractor.

- Support MBUSA's Certified Collision Program by actively participating in the development and administration of program strategy, training and communication, industry relations, dealer network relations, and marketing activities. The Certified Collision Program’s goal is to ensure all Mercedes-Benz customers have convenient access to high quality collision repairs that enhances the overall vehicle ownership experience. It also is designed to give Mercedes-Benz a voice in the collision industry so our customers” and our dealers'' interests are promoted and protected.
