Job Description
Medium-size real estate enterprise (based in Shanghai) is looking for an assistant to the chairman. Salary varies based on the individual candidate’s experience, ranging from 10k RMB to 25k RMB plus salary for one extra month

Job description:
1. Assistants the chairman deal with daily tasks in business
2. Collects information in the field of real estate, translates relevant documents, keeps records of documents
3. Assists the chairman manage the communication among departments, colleagues and the company’s headquarter
4. Assists the chairman receive important business partners
5. Deals with relevant business process, interprets while with the chairman, manages the contracts of the company, etc
6. Be adaptive to go on business trip in the long term, including Shanghai, cities around the Yangtze River Delta, and Hebei areas, etc

Requirements:
1. Male (Chinese), Master’s degree holder. 2 years relevant work experience. Graduate of a university in the U.S
2. Fluent in spoken English; good appearance; cheerful personality
3. Proficiency in using word, excel, printing, photocopying and other Office software
4. Should be equipped with basic knowledge in handling language use; data processing; handling official documents; conduct of business, as well as handling administrative affairs
5. Personal ethics, team worker. Good communication skill as well as in paper work
6. Dedicated, maturity in dealing with people and business; being appropriate in the conduct of speech. Good understanding skills and implementation capacity. Adaptive; strong initiative in work; quick learner
