Job Description

The Path Forward Return to Work program at Intel is a 16-week paid Returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. This program is 100 percent virtual during the 16-week Returnship program. Upon successful completion of the program, there is a possibility of an offer for full-time hybrid employment at the Hillsboro, OR; Chandler, AZ; or Folsom, CA Intel campuses (relocation available).

In partnership with Path Forward, Intel Flex in SATG (Software and Advanced Technology Group) is seeking an experienced Change Consultant who can leverage their Change Leadership and Management expertise to drive change and deliver impactful business results for our customers as One Intel. This unique role offers broad business unit exposure and leadership development opportunities as our team members lead key engagements across the company as internal, enterprise-wide consultants.

As an internal consultant this position is responsible for helping manage a number of customer engagements as well as providing internal support across all our services. Primary responsibilities for this role include:
-- Provide Change Management and Project Management oversight and direction across a number of customer engagements
-- Participate in management-facing activities and preparation of the written reports and customer presentations
-- Conducting required research, process documentation and analysis, and some data gathering and analysis in support of customer engagements


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Change/ Program management.

This program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional work experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years  

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional continuous improvement experience, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management, etc., is a plus
  •  Pursues continuous learning to maintain thought leadership in their specialty, with typical hires usually achieving a Bachelor's degree and advanced degrees like MBA, M.S., etc.
  • Able to communicate and influence effectively across multiple levels of management to define transformation strategies and lead them through Change
  • Consensus builder that can articulate the specific value you provide in a fast-moving, highly competitive environment
  • Great connecting, partnering and business development skillsets, ability to pull together the right people and partner with the right teams to land engagements and get results
  • Able to effectively teach, coach, and facilitate face-to-face events
  • Excellent English communication, verbal and written, augmented with strong presentation skills

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$200,000.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
