Reports to: Flight Planning and Navigation Services Manager
Department: Flight Operations (FOP)

Purpose:

This role is responsible for initiating the changes across the applicable units to achieve the optimum work efficiencies from the replacement of the new flight planning system.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the work flows of the business units and the counterparts to apply a change management process to achieve the work efficiencies.
• Closely work with the IT and Vendor to ensure the tasks are timely accomplished and milestones reached according to the planned timeline.
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
• Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and complete the change management assessments.
• Assist in the test cases preparation if required.
• Provide inputs and draft the internal procedures if required.
• Execute the specific tasks as required by FPNSM / HLO when necessary.

Requirements:

• University degree holder.
• Professional change certification is an advantage.
• Aviation industry experience especially in Flight Operations is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in setting and managing user expectations.
• Proven experience in change management project with different stakeholders at all levels.
• Attending meetings at outport is required.
