Are you passionate about driving organizational change, orchestrating communication and delivering value through people engagement initiatives?
You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain function to support driving the organizational change of the recently created Supply Chain organization. You will drive value-delivery at the heart of the function by:
• Helping in the coordination of the Supply Chain Management Team and daily interacting across the entire function to ensure activities are aligned with its strategic direction
• Contributing to the design and roll-out of change management activities to support driving the function's strategy to execution
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of an internal communication plan to reflect the strategic direction and activities of the Supply Chain function
• Coordinating and delivering effective and high-quality internal communications deliverables for the Supply Chain organization ensuring key strategic messages are delivered to the target audience within the right timeline and through appropriate channels
• Working across the entire Supply Chain organization to ensure the cascading of the appropriate level of information to all levels of the function
• Contributing to the development of outside-in views and analyses of strategically relevant industry trends
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Supply Chain organizational design, including performing ad-hoc strategic and organizational analyses and supporting the maintenance and overview of the Supply Chain workforce and related Business Management activities
• Supporting the development and implementation of workforce management initiatives related to engagement, enablement and training
