The Change Management Project Lead is a temporary position for a defined period of time. The position supports Project ORCHID and is expected to provide best practice change and project management expertise and drive achievement of key ORCHID Program deliverable's. The emphasis for this role will be communication, knowledge transfer and organizational alignment for the ORCHID Project during the duration of the project.Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develops the ORCHID Change Management Strategy, which includes the key areas of communication, knowledge transfer and organizational alignment.
- Ensures budgets and schedules meet business requirements.
- Is a member of the ORCHID project PMO responsible for overall implementation of the project plan and implementation of project deliverable's for key areas, and ensuring the business case is met
- Identifies resources for establishing the change management team to achieve the project objectives
- Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible, variable factors
- Stays abreast and trains on new technologies and tools that are related to job duties
- Anticipates organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and the change management and communications interventions which will be needed
- Assess the organization’s readiness for change and potential risks. Exercises judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress
- Provides tools and monitors the development of the ORCHID associates into a High Performing team
Organizational Alignment
- Drives development of new site organizational structure including recruitment strategy
- Coordinates the hiring plan, hiring processes, timeline & reimbursement commitment
- Develops and drives activities that foster team development and moves team towards becoming a high
performing team
- Responsible for alignment of the 3 locations supporting ORCHID and post go live interactions
- Drives activities around cultural awareness and acceptance between sites
Knowledge Transfer
- Drives development and execution of all aspects of the knowledge transfer plan in all locations of the project and management of the related budget.
- Manages the establishment and set up of the training centers to maximize trainee and trainer performance and that relocation aspects for the trainees and trainers are established (housing, insurances, taxes, VISA, transportation, welcome, mentors, etc.)
- Seeks best practice opportunities and tools to ensure successful knowledge transfer
- Establishes and implements a training effectiveness program (metrics and communication status)
- Ensure successful establishment of future knowledge transfer program
Communication
- Responsible for all aspects of the communication activities of the project within the project team, across BD
organizations and external stakeholders as required
- Implements and manages reward and recognition programs for project team and sites
- Responsible for project milestone events such as celebrations for groundbreaking, grand opening, etc.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education
< > A bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 7 years of business experience
< >Experience
Demonstrated experience with helping organizations through large-scale changes such as new plant startups, merger/integration activities, organizational alignment or transformation required. Familiarity with process and knowledge transfer best practices. Strong leadership and project management experience. Experience in developing and implementing strategies and plans for large, complex projects across multiple worldwide locations. Experience with multi-national companies preferred. Significant experience working with people at all levels of an organization. Strong expertise in utilization of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and virtual teaming

Accomplished communicator who can address all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment, deal with tight deadlines, solve complex problems, and balance conflicting priorities. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English & Spanish)Must have demonstrated experience leading change and making an impact in cross-functional groups, through influence and strong relationships. Must be willing to travel up to 25 % domestic and/or international.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The work is performed constantly inside the building. The work may be exposed to conditions such as odors, dusts and gases.
