What You'll Do

As a Change Management Specialist, you will work with client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment to direct change management activities. You will work closely with our client project teams to deliver and sustain the full benefits of Enstoa’s recommended change in their business. You will be focused on organizational engagements and guiding clients to deliver organizational transformations and strategies.

企业变革管理专员: 需适应快节奏的工作环境。通过与客户当面对接工作,推进企业变革管理活动。与客户的项目团队密切合作,沟通并持续推进因思多对客户企业变革的相应建议,确保实现该变革带来的价值。重点关注客户企业的项目参与度,指引客户顺利完成公司转型和战略执行。

Responsibilities:

  • Definition of the overall change journey, change actors and related governance and change adoption approach
  • Development and oversight of the change management plan
  • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
  • Provide insights with client to set direction for defining components of change strategy and coordination of change activities in line with transformation

工作职责

  • 定义整体企业变革流程、变革要素和相关的变革治理机制及变革采纳措施
  • 制定和监督企业变革管理方案
  • 使用行为评价工具评定变革对企业的影响,充分评估企业文化、绩效和对变革的意愿。
  • 向客户提供深刻洞见,明确企业变革战略构成要素,协调企业变革活动,确保变革战略满足企业转型要求

Required Qualifications:

  • You will have ten years of relevant experience with a minimum of two years in real estate, construction, facilities management, or consulting
  • Distinctive work in delivering organization effectiveness and change management
  • At least two years in a managerial capacity
  • A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Mandarin is a must (speak, read, write, translate)
  • Must speak and write English on a professional level
  • Ability to develop and deliver strategic communications to a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Possess licenses or certifications, such as Professional Engineer, Construction Manager, Project Management Professional, Change Management Professional, etc.

资质要求

  • 拥有十年相关工作经验,至少两年从事于地产、建筑业、设施管理或咨询行业
  • 工作效率高,高水平输出组织效能,落实变革管理
  • 拥有至少两年的管理经验
  • 获得相关专业学士学位
  • 出色的口头和书面沟通技巧,精通英语和中文(会说粤语者更优)
  • 有能力为不同的利益相关者群体开发宣贯内容、并进行宣贯
  • 持有相关证书,例如专业工程师、施工经理和项目管理专家、变革管理专家等资历证明。
  • 能在工作范畴熟练进行英语听说读写,将英语作为工作语言。
