The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Change Manager to come into AIA and identify and manage changes required across our business to achieve our desired outcomes. You will support both project and non-project change where required.

About the Role:

• You will work with the Project and technology teams to identify change impacts across a range of projects and initiatives while ensuring that those impacted by change are ready, willing and able to implement the shifts required to deliver the identified business outcomes.
• A key part of the role is influencing, coaching and guiding senior leaders to successfully implement change in their business areas.

About you:

• Change Management experience.
• Familiarity with project and change methodologies, disciplines and processes
• Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Technology or related disciplines (advantage)
• Business and/or Technology related background in business analysis.
• Familiar with change management models .
• Lateral thinker with an eye for detail.
• Ability to quickly assimilate new information and understand complex issues.
• Proven time management and project organisation skills.
• Ability to anticipate areas of potential risk and inform decision making.
• Proven analytical background.
• Ability to communicate analysis and results to stakeholders at all levels.
