What will you do? We require an experienced Change Manager to join our commissioning team. Change Manager will work in an experienced team and exciting environment on next generation diesel locomotives or coaches. Our trains are connecting cities all over the World and we are working together with the customer on site to achieve the main goals for the warranty period. Change Manager will work with Commissioning, Engineering and Change Management to ensure that changes are effectively and economically implemented. Manages, coordinate, and tracks all aspects of engineering and production changes. Sets priorities for all steps of the changes process. Communicates vital information between departments and data management systems. Responsible for managing the overall change processes and procedures. Tracks the implementation of the design change through the relevant department., Responsible for the execution of the entire product change process form engineering change release to completion of all changes on the product. Understand the content, impact, and priority of product changes in order to prioritize changes. Tracks the release and implementation status of all product changes and associated rework instruction. Monitors the effects of product changes on design and material availability. Manages and racks the configuration of the product. Acts as technical resource for commissioning team. Understand and follow company and industry safety rules, practices, and procedures. Document failures, part exchanges, implementation of FMI’s and performed work in our Commissioning and Warranty data base. Communicate in a team, to the site lead and colleagues, verbally and in writing, technical information, job procedure recommendations, improvements and other work-related information. Working hands-on. What will you need to succeed? post-secondary education or Technical Diploma in Electrical, mechanical, industrial or related field minimum of 5 years of related experience Must possess proven skills with all Microsoft Office (including Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint) products Change management in a Rail Heavy Industry Experience with SAP and familiarity in general with databases. Interpersonal skills and ability to work in team Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Ability to work cohesively with employees at all levels, customers, and suppliers Must hold a valid Driver's license in good standing.
