岗位职责 RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 设计适合学生的课堂内容，教学风趣严谨，保证课堂教育教学质量，对自己的班级负责
Design suitable class content for students that fulfill the teaching assignment in line with teaching requirement.
Interesting teaching style is preferred. Have the responsibility for the designated class.
2. 与中方教师配合展开班级工作
Cooperate with Chinese teacher to carry out your classroom work.
3. 与学生家长进行必要的沟通，应在与同事和家长的关系中表现出高标准的专业精神
Engage in communication with parents.
Display the high standards of professionalism in his/her relationships with colleagues and parents.
4. 认真对待教研会议，并积极参与学校组织的其他活动
Actively participate in school activities, collaborate with the other international and local teachers and all the
staff of the school. Be engaged in joining academic workshops.
5. 对反馈意见持开放态度，并致力于持续改进
Open to feedback and committed to continuously improving.
任职要求 JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. 至少有 1 年的相关小学课堂教学经验，有国际学校相关工作经验优先考虑
At least 1 year teaching experience at primary, relevant work experience in international schools is preferred.
2. 本科或以上学历，TEFL, ESL, TESOL i-To-i 等相关英语教学资格证持有者优先考虑
Bachelor degree or above. TEFL, ESL, TESOL certificate holder is a plus.
3. 英语发音清晰，无明显口音
Clear English pronunciation. No strong accent.
4. 诚实可靠，有良好的个人习惯及卫生习惯；无犯罪记录；无精神类疾病
Honest, reliable, and have good habits and personal hygiene; No criminal records; No mental disorders
5. 性格开朗，与人为善，有创造力，尊重团队
Have positive attitude; get well with others; prefer to be full of invention; respect teammates and teamwork.
