Job Description
Position Description: Lenovo is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our field sales team covering the channel key accounts in Central Canada.  This position would be focused primarily on developing the sales capability of assigned large Var and NSP partners. The position requires traveling to Channel Partner Field Offices and meeting with their leadership and sales team.   The position also requires managing Quarterly Business Reviews and development of annual plans. The goal is to increase Lenovo's Share of Wallet within this Region by educating and training their sellers on our full suite of products and services. #### Position Requirements: Below is a list of key activities and skills that this candidate would need to possess strong proficiency in: Sales Activities • Daily engagement with Key Account sales & product marketing organizations. • Driving opportunities to expand Lenovo's business  in the all segments and solutions along with building strong relationships between our collective end- user sales teams. • Managing weekly pipeline opportunities with the rest of the team. • Building key strategic relationships with sales leaders from GM on down and interlocking with them on selling strategies. • Motivation of both Lenovo and Partner sales and sales support teams to positively impact outcomes. • Willing to travel to other locations to build same level of engagement • Present to customers on behalf of Lenovo and Partners and drive the rest of the team to do same. Marketing Activities • Create new ideas on how Lenovo can maximize our ROI. • Drive quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to be forward looking so we can focus on what is working and what is not. • Work with extended teams at Lenovo and Partners to create quarterly Go to Market plans in each of the segments. • Create event schedules that can be communicated out to the sales force.
