Job Description
#### Position Description:
As a Channel Account Team Manager you will lead our channel team, establish
and new partner profiling and take care of current partner to ensure Lenovo
has the best relationship and exposure to these business partners and you
will:
• Ensure partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations are
achieved and met and manages the overall Channel and distribution in Israel.
• Ensures employees understand how their work contributes to Lenovo's
strategy, market success and your organization's goals
• Leads by example, set clear performance standards, provide straightforward
feedback in a respectful way
• Conduct regular business planning reviews with your managers to deliver the
growth plans in channel , generate and coordinate solutions with other
functions or team members to solve complex problems
• Manages any channel conflict by ensuring a robust management process is in
place, excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict
adherence to channel rules of engagement
• Enlists the support of Data center sales specialists, implementation
resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as
needed
• Encourages employees to be innovative, and support ideas that should be
implemented
• Continuously develops the employees to build a strong team: set clear
development plans and goals for every team member
#### Position Requirements:
Above 10 years of sales experience with 3 years in channel sales management
and people management
Proven track record of success selling to and through channel partners and
distributors in Data center business (demonstrated by history of meeting and
exceeding quotas)
Proven ability to sell Data Center solutions consisting of servers, storage,
and networking devices including the supporting management software and
services.
Understanding of the core technologies, industry trends, and workloads
shaping the Enterprise Data Center market including Cloud, Converged Systems,
and Analytics.
Experience in working with international companies
Proven ability to create and execute a channel business plan and deliver new
business growth through channels
English - fluent
