Job Description
Job Summary This position requires significant attention to detail, independent engagement and customer follow-up to achieve an excellent customer experience. A Channel Coordinator must have the ability to understand complex, multi-channel registration and pricing issues and the ramifications associated with a decision. A Channel Coordinator must be able to make recommendation to leadership in regards to approvals, discount structures and customer satisfaction. A Power Quality Channel Coordinator is responsible for managing a growing opportunity registration program, supporting all PQ Channels (IT, EAPS, PQ Datacom, B-Line Datacom, Electrical, Agent, Direct and Federal Direct, and PQ Latin America Export). A Channel Coordinator is responsible for meeting strict service level agreements (SLA) and program guidelines when reviewing, vetting and approving/rejecting registrations, producing and updating special pricing documentation and creating and maintaining C360 data points. The Channel Coordinator is responsible for communicating and collaborating with PQ North American Sales (PQ NAS), DPQ Inside Sales, Avery Creek Inside Sales Engineering (PQ ISE), Account Coordinator, PQ Business Units and supply chain logistics. Job Responsibilities Capture opportunity registrations from multiple sources including but not limited to: PowerAdvantage portal, manual internal/external requests, BIDMAN and PQ Quote tool. Execute a detailed and critically important and evolving opportunity review process, utilizing Customer 360 (C360) and providing timely and accurate responses to a multitude of relevant parties in the specified channel for that opportunity. Manage an increasingly complex conflict resolution and conflict mitigation process by collaborating with key stakeholders and sales leadership in make the best decision for Eaton and our customers. Analyze pricing quotation requests and assign appropriate standard discounts based on a complex deal discount matrix Generate all rebate pricing files to eligible distributors, including but not limited to: Tech Data, Ingram Micro, Synnex, ScanSource, HM Cragg and Westcon. Generate TSP (VISTA) and PRN (SAP) aka Negotiation Number for all non-rebate eligible channels including, but not limited to: EAPS, Datacom and Agents. Document all activity in C360 Communicate with NAS Sales and PQ Business Units regarding large scale opportunity registrations in need of additional attention. Provide customer feedback and VOC Analyze and report on to sales leadership the statistical breakdown of adhereance to SLA. Also ‘a la carte’ reports including but not limited to, registration volumes, dollar values, product mix, channel mix, and year over year (YoY) comparison of performance. Develop and maintain appropriate tools and resources to continuously improve processes and drive improved SLA #LI-AR7 Qualifications Years and area of experience required Minimum 2-year prior experience working in sales, customer services, or data analysis Business to Business (B2B) sales experience Channel Sales or Channel Distribution experience Technical knowledge Knowledge of CRM software Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet) Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills Soft skills Ability to work independently and as a team Demonstrates a strong drive for results; ability to meet/exceed position targets Proven ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment and break-down complex situations and summarize to leadership. Understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
