Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development
  • Work with Sales Manager to identify the long and short-term partnering strategy and conduct implementation to win new business goals
  • Understanding the project management and advise a way to partners to implement solution
  • Present Experian’s value proposition to customers’ senior executives and C-level executive
  • Consultative selling
  • Understand client initiatives / industry trends and convert into business requirements
  • Design the partnership proposal and solution
  • Timely and accurate sales forecast report
  • Maintain and monitor pipelines of partners, and drive sales via them
  • Capability for contract negotiation
  • Present the Experian products/solution proposals and the relevant value propositions
  • Coordinate GC team to ensure the most effective use of resources to win new accounts and execute business goals in target segments.
Partnership Management
  • Own total responsibility for the partners
  • Identify, nurture, develop and manage relationship with key and strategic partners
  • Develop and maintain an account plan for each partner
  • Manage and enhance commercial relationship with partners, and build reference for Experian
  • Establish network with multiple stakeholders within the partners or prospect, and develop access to the senior executives of the organization
  • Assist partners to drive sales
  • Be able to communicate to partners and clients about Experian’s solutions and requirement
  • Establish schedule of regular account reviews with partners
  • Act as a project manager, con-ordinate with delivery / support team on delivery and support issues, provide consulting advices
  • Ensure client contacts are adequately documented and captured as company knowledge
  • Document a contact report for every significant client interaction

Requirements
  • 8+ years solution selling experiences focusing in Banking and FinTech industry

  • Understanding the dynamic of partnership in Taiwan, and have 2+ experience to manage and drive partners to achieve sales target.

  • Ability to initiate and develop strong working relationships - internal and external partners

  • Understanding the project management and able to provide IT advice for implementation

  • Experience in selling business consultancy or analytical services and business software solution is a plus.

  • Self-discipline, self-motivated & results-oriented

  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin & English)

  • Excellent /presentation negotiation skills

  • Bachelor degree or can have substitute experience within the banking or internet finance industry, computer Science
