Job Description
This role will be responsible for strengthen the distribution channel through management of wholesale sales; Build and maintain trade relationships and maximize market penetration contribution to business growth, profitability and appropriate brand positioning within company time frame. Work closely with the existing business partners to expand channel distribution and will further drive revenue and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement market development strategy in the wholesale channel in order to maximize the Company image and penetration in HK
- Build up good and trusty relationship with wholesale customers, pharmacy chain, specialty stores to maximize the products exposure in different segments
- Share market insight with company such as competitors’ performance and movement in the markets
- Present the Company development and business plans for developing market in Hong Kong, Macau and China
- Grow the sales in Hong Kong by exploring new opportunity in market
- Sales reviews and trade terms negotiation with key accounts
- Maintain appropriated inventory level to support the wholesales business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years experiences in FMCG/Health/Beauty products industry with proven experience of selling to wholesales accounts
- Self-motivated, hands-on and able to work independently
- Good analytical and presentation skills and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player, able to work with all levels to achieve sales goals
- Energetic, proactive and outgoing personality
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
