Eaton’s North American Sales Division is currently seeking a Channel Incentive Program Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Moon Township, PA location with remote flexibility. Position Overview: The Channel Incentive Program Manager’s key responsibility is to manage Eaton Electrical’ s multi-million-dollar incentive program known as EDAP (Eaton Distributor Advantage Program). EDAP incentivizes qualified distributor to strategically partner with Eaton to stock, promote and sell Eaton Electrical products. The role requires significant analysis and reporting, both related to EDAP and other periodic ad hoc channel related responsibilities, to ensure timely updates to both internal and external constituents. In this function you will: Manage all aspects of the EDAP program including online presence, data integrity, audit compliance and support, forecasting, communication, customer setup, reporting, training, and payout to 500+ participating distributor parents with over 6000 branches. Coordinate with all participating product divisions annually to insure appropriate product participation and incentive assignment Create and maintain various month end, annual forecasting, and ad hoc reports to supported finance, audit, and the Sales Channel teams as the relate to the incentive programs and distributor participation, supportives and loyalty levels. Utilize Sales Reporting, Qlikview, Vista, SAP, Business Explorer Analyzer, Elixir, distributor websites, and Office 365 on a regular basis to proactively search for, analyze, investigate, and validate distributors that are, or should be included or excluded in EDAP, as well as, validating data between the online tool and the source systems of Vista and SAP. Reconcile disparities in data inputs to ensure a high degree of accuracy of the incentive reports. Provide required reports and supporting documentation as requested to internal audit and third-party auditors to ensure/verify the integrity of EDAP distributor participation, data reporting and validation as well as, incentive calculations. Ensure distributor data, supportives, and loyalty designations remains accurate in the EDAP tool and insuring proper parent-child relationships. This may include the need to resolve addresses, account type, naming convention and parent association in Vista as well as the parent hierarchy in SAP. A critical component of data integrity are the additions and adjustments for new distributor branches, consolidations and acquisitions and working with the Channel Directors to determine participation and impact on EDAP. Provide analysis and information support for internal information requests as required by management. Create, validate, and submit accurate distributor incentive payments into Markview or the Oracle online tool in a timely manner and coordinate with the NAS Controller to insure proper incentive payment amounts. Accuracy and completeness are vital in this role to ensure prompt rebate payments to distributors once necessary approvals have been obtained by various levels of authority. Review and approve Business Development Fund (BDF) claims and be aware of the program requirements to participate and provide distributor BDF amounts on an annual basis for new year setup.
