Position Description: The position of Channel Incentives Sales Operations Specialist will be working in a high performance Team, fully committed to support our Business Partners in North America by ensuring that we deliver accurate and on time payments for Channel Programs. Among the main responsibilities that this position will manage we can list: • Review and approve program earnings calculations • Support a robust set of business controls around the payment process • Validate deductions from invoice performed by large Retail accounts • Manage the dispute resolution process • Provide quarterly accrual information at a product, partner and regional level • Produce activity reports • Data analytic In this position, the Sales Operations Specialist will manage multiple tasks and processes and must be able to effectively prioritize and produce accurate and timely results on a consistent basis. The candidate must be well organized with strong communication and leadership skills.
