Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for the Commercial performance Go Indirect Market for all RSD portfolio in Mexico, managing either national or international distributors. Will participate in strategic planning, set sales goals by channel; Monitor sales results and strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Rationalization Distribution Plan in 2020-2021
- Participate in strategic planning according company policy, setting sales goals by channel partner, using the knowledge obtained in the market and partners.
- Develop the best arrangement for the Go To Market Indirect in the different segments and territories leveraging as much as possible our US structure and capabilities.
- Define and review with Distributors the action plans to achieve the targets established;
- Monitor Distributor sales results, to achieve established goals, evaluating the sales results by product line, channel and define Score Card
- Report monthly numbers (revenue and forecast) to Commercial Manager
- Develop Training plan for Channels partners working with direct suppliers relationship and US product Managers
- Develop monthly / quarterly promotions to incentive Distributors to invest in local stock
- Develop annual pricing strategy
- Work with Legal team in order to align contracts / LOA / etc ..
- Manage dedicated Customer Service Representative to support daily requests

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Possess Bachelors Degree in Business, Health Sciences or equivalent experience
- Native Spanish and Fluent English skills
- Have 5 year of experience in sales management;
- Have an knowledge in the usage of Microsoft Officer programs (word, excel, PowerPoint) CRM, and internet tools;
