Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for the Commercial performance Go Indirect Market for all RSD portfolio in Mexico, managing either national or international distributors. Will participate in strategic planning, set sales goals by channel; Monitor sales results and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow Rationalization Distribution Plan in 2020-2021
  • Participate in strategic planning according company policy, setting sales goals by channel partner, using the knowledge obtained in the market and partners.
  • Develop the best arrangement for the Go To Market Indirect in the different segments and territories leveraging as much as possible our US structure and capabilities.
  • Define and review with Distributors the action plans to achieve the targets established;
  • Monitor Distributor sales results, to achieve established goals, evaluating the sales results by product line, channel and define Score Card
  • Report monthly numbers (revenue and forecast) to Commercial Manager
  • Develop Training plan for Channels partners working with direct suppliers relationship and US product Managers
  • Develop monthly / quarterly promotions to incentive Distributors to invest in local stock
  • Develop annual pricing strategy
  • Work with Legal team in order to align contracts / LOA / etc ..
  • Manage dedicated Customer Service Representative to support daily requests

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Possess Bachelors Degree in Business, Health Sciences or equivalent experience
  • Native Spanish and Fluent English skills
  • Have 5 year of experience in sales management;
  • Have an knowledge in the usage of Microsoft Officer programs (word, excel, PowerPoint) CRM, and internet tools;
