• Distribution and channel strategy definition;
• Workshop concept set up in commercial vehicle segment;
• Implement the workshop concept and boost the parts sales in CV channel
• Value chain management and marketing plan;
• Support Bosch CV eco-system setup with digital solution;

• 5 years+ of aftermarket experience;
• Fluent English skill;
• Bachelor degree above and 985+;
• Major: Engineering or Automotive related;
• Experience on Sales and channel management;  
• Tire company experience and CV segment+
• Familiar with digitization;
• Base: Shanghai;
