Supports the implementation of marketing, brand and comms programmes for the business. Supports the development, management and delivery of strategic programmes for the marketing team and adopts and adapts global brand offers, leveraging consumer & customer insights to drive innovation, defining country plans by brand and managing brand guidelines and policy.

Support the execution of world-class OEM/FWS marketing plans across all brands in market. Adapts and adopts Global FWS offers as part of execution of in-market marketing plans. This requires developing a key collaborate with sales on operational issues.

Supports the preparation of the annual marketing plan for the FWS Channel for Global Partner OEMs to ensure that Dealer Penetration, volume, turnover and gross margin targets are met.

Optimize FWS cross brand activities by working closely with Brand, PR & Sponsorship teams and with Sales for program implementation.

Monitor implementation of programs as per marketing plans to ensure on time, within budget delivery and adequate return on investments.

Monitor Pricing execution in the OEM/FWS channel as per Pricing Strategy

Develop and implement a systematic approach through the embedding of relevant OMS elements and ensuring appropriate risk reviews are undertaken appropriately.

Understand, embed within the team and fulfil agreed specific Product Quality & Compliance accountabilities which apply to the role of Europe FWS Marketing Manager, as part of the Auto Marketing role card.

Lead whole team ASP to consolidate and update RF, to make sure ASP spending on track.

Educational & Experience

• University degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• Experience in Marketing
• Experience of working in a matrix organization
• Lubricants experience desirable but not essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
