EWS Channel Marketing Manager Location: Germany - Bonn – Rheinbach preferred or HO As Channel Marketing Manager, you will work with the EMEA channel sales organization to define and implement marketing programs. You will set up the local EWS channel marketing strategy for Germany and create partner marketing plans with a focus on generating pipeline and revenue. Your main duties : • Create and execute an integrated marketing plan for selected groups and channel partners • Define channel marketing campaigns to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets • Drive the implementation of the EMEA channel strategy in Germany • Oversee partner program tool deployment and assure is implementations and usage • Manage changing and differing country priorities that impact channel marketing • Work closely with sales to set up growth plans and targets with sales leaders for Germany • Evangelize products and solutions with internal & external stakeholders and public media. • Define the success criteria and measure the impact of all Marketing efforts against stated business goals • Define integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns • Develop marketing content, campaigns, and programs (email newsletter, direct mail, collateral, website content, SEO/SEA, social marketing, events, blogs, display advertising, etc.) • Manage budget incl. MDF budgets for multiple partners • Work closely with EMEA channel marketing to contribute defining campaign topics and persona as well as message map development • Collect and share local VOC, market dynamics, competitive landscape with sales, the divisions and Central Marketing Qualifications What we are looking for: Preferred: • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA and/or technical background is a plus. • 3+ years of B2B Marketing - channel marketing experience • Experienced in building integrated on- and offline campaigns • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, matrix organizational settings in a dynamic environment • Have experience and a personal passion for working with partners • Excellent collaborator in driving leadership across partners, field sales and marketing teams • Knowledge of partner marketing strategies that create maximum return on marketing investment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management • Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc. • Knowledge of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation and lead nurturing • Strong execution, team player, quick learner, self-motivated and results-oriented. • Fluent in German and English. • Experienced in using content management tools e.g. Percolate, BigTinCan, etc. What we offer: • At Eaton, we aspire to be a model of inclusion and diversity in our industry – a place where everyone matters and everyone belongs.
