To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Channel Marketing Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the sales organization in Turkey and its export markets with execution of marketing activities targeting local Tier 1 and Tier 2 channel business partners - electrical low voltage and medium voltage wholesalers and IT distributors, in line with agreed key market segments, business strategy, target audiences as well as business and marketing plan. You will be a part of a broader community within Eaton focused on developing Eaton’s channel marketing capabilities. You will be responsible for working with the local marketing team, local sales team and central marketing team to contribute to the end-to-end channel development including recruitment, enablement, business development of channel partners as well as building partner loyalty. Your main responsibilities: Work with the local sales organization and marketing team to develop proper channel marketing plans targeting selected channel partners - electrical wholesalers’ and distributors’ audiences to growth profitable channel business in the country including but not limited to: Develop and execute annual marketing business plans and quarterly marketing plans with key channel partners – electrical wholesalers and distributors, using partners´ BDF funds (business development Funds) Be the main contact for the local channel partners – electrical wholesalers and IT distributors, regarding Eaton related marketing topics Develop and deploy local incentives targeting channel partners in cooperation with local field product managers and the sales team Develop and deploy local digital marketing campaigns targeting Electrical Installers, Panel Builders, Designers, MOEM System Integrators, in cooperation with local field product managers and the sales team Utilize EMEA partner programs and deploy them in the country in order to recruit, enable and retain partners and build a strong channel network in the country cooperating with the central marketing team Increase visibility of Eaton at main channel partners (POS materials, partners´ websites, partners´ email campaigns, partners´ events etc) Provide channel partners with customizable demand generation content and sales tools to help generate demand for Eaton products Localize and deploy integrated seasonal campaigns targeting selected partner audiences Offer support to the sales team - help with arrangement of online and physical events and trainings, ensure availability of marketing assets and merchandise items. Systematically analyse channel marketing KPIs to support continuous improvement of channel marketing activities and its ROI #LI-IS1 Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, business or related fields At least 3 years of experience in marketing, including at least 1 year of experience in channel marketing Experience on electrical or IT market and in B2B is an advantage Fluent in Turkish and English.
