- Support retail expansion, on physical platform and consumer experience
- Aligning with offline goal and strategy, initiate, drive and manage retail programs
- Program planning, budget, time, quality and implementation control
- Produce offline channel toolkits, assets and POSM
- Manage material supply, and ROI per channel/ POS
- Regular work meeting and reporting
