Locations: China; ShangHai; Shanghai
- Enable channel growth together with PC under the M&C going to market strategy;
- Ensure channel management rigor among regional channel managers (solid Mutual Action Plans, number accuracy, pipeline management, etc.);
- Execute on regional indirect strategy by assessing the performance of the existing channel partners;
- Be the voice of the region to ensure that global initiatives, programs, tools and platforms are utilized in the region and do address specific regional needs;
- Ensure solid On-boarding and training program for channels & coordinate with P&L specific product certification programs;
- Drive a culture of highest integrity and compliance within channels community;
- Identify the performance gaps and implement the appropriate corrective actions; address coverage gaps as well as any direct vs indirect conflicts;
- Manage channel partners to grow orders and sales in assigned markets/territories;
- Translate the commercial and marketing campaigns developed by Global Product Leaders;
- Ensure that channel managers and their partners relate to the company resources in an efficient way: product experts, application experts, vertical experts, Key Account Managers;
- Support product service, engineering and project management efforts in close coordination with customers and factory teams;
- Identify potential channel partners, recruit, qualify and facilitate thru appointment process including gaining necessary approvals/P&L support;
- Develop and leverage a broad network to understand market changes and likely impact on customers to identify and manage new growth opportunities;
- Ensure agreement validity for the respective channel portfolio;
- Support the region on the direct versus indirect regional vision/strategy and ensure it is clearly understood and communicated within the region and to HQ level;
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Preferably Business Management/Administration, Industrial majors ok;
- At least 2 years work experience in sales with CP management background, industrial segment preferred;
- Customer centricity with result-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Can do" attitude ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and achieve deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Exceling in ppt, word, excels and other office software;
- Best to know SFDC/DM management well.
