Job Description
Channel Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Develop and implement global strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent communication and coordination of sales activities.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads

(Skill Requirements)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
