Find out more about the Digital world of Siemens here: www.siemens.com/careers/digitalminds Organization Overview- Siemens is seeking a Channel Sales Analyst to provide operational support for our AWS and Microsoft Partnership as well as contribute to global and zone-based teams working with both internal and partner resources. This role is a key member of the Global Partner Organization team and will be primarily responsible for driving partner focused projects to improve partner operations, ease of doing business, productivity improvements and providing analytical support. The role will report into the Sr. Director, Global Partner Operations. Job Profile/Position Overview This position will support the operational aspects of our company’s transition towards SaaS – including but not limited to supporting our Partnership with Microsoft as well as Amazon Web Services. Overall responsibility for driving partner focused projects to improve partner operations, ease of doing business, and productivity improvements as well as operational opportunity management. Responsibilities/Tasks • Partnering with global and zone-based teams to identify and drive productivity enhancements including but not limited to order entry and partner onboarding • Supporting internal and external stakeholders in achieving the company’s SaaS transition strategy • Analytical support as part of program tracking, business reviews, opportunity analysis and other functions, as needed. • Using knowledge of the company’s systems, extracts data, identifies key insights and provides recommendations to key stakeholders. • Drives improvements and productivity enhancements to both customer relationship management (CRM) and partner relationship management software (PRM). • Support management of partner webkeys as well as Demo Licenses Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science required • At least 2 or more years of software sales support, or software channel partner support, experience required • CRM experience required. Salesforce (SFDC) preferred Required Knowledge/Skills • Customer mindset and business partner facing skills • Strong analytical and presentation skills as interfacing with multiple functions across the company is critical to the candidate’s success • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong Excel skills, pivot tables, formulas, etc. • Outstanding time management skills • Process improvement skills • Understanding of Order/Quote processes and systems is preferred, but not required Where permitted by applicable law, Siemens may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons. #LI-PLM Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Industry Software Inc.
