Job Description
Operating duty:
1. Be responsible for market development, customer development, establishment of dealer network and formulation of sales plan in the target area;
2. Be responsible for brand promotion, organization and implementation, and enhance brand influence;
3. Assist to regularly organize research and Analysis on customer demand, market environment and competitors, and formulate effective corresponding strategies according to the research results to improve the competitiveness of the company's products;
4. Cooperate with the regional manager to assist in signing the company's major cooperation agreements, negotiation of sales contracts, etc.
5. Complete the monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales forecast; report the work to the regional manager on a regular basis, and complete the sales target specified by the company on schedule.
6. Understand and tap customer needs and wishes, manage customer relations and develop new customer resources;
7. Be responsible for the after-sales service of regional products, organize relevant internal departments to investigate the quality complaints raised by customers, and feed back the handling results to customers in time.
Qualifications:
1. Male and female are not limited, college degree or above, fresh students are preferred, with or without experience. Major in marketing, economic management or science and engineering;
2. Strong social ability and cheerful personality;
3. Strong logical thinking ability, team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility, active work, good communication ability and service awareness;
4. Good image and quality;
5. Have the ambition to challenge the high salary and the determination to love the market;
Promotion path: Sales Specialist - Sales Manager - Regional Manager - Regional Manager
Remarks: 4-month training period (the first two months: training the company's products and sales skills; the second two months: following the regional sales manager to get familiar with the market situation and contact customers; starting from the fifth month, developing the target regional market independently and participating in sales performance commission)
