Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Works to meet business goals, such as targets set by the management for each segment of the various product lines
• Provides the forecast as well as list of projects in the territory on a regular base
• Identify, implement, develop, maintain and support the distribution network required to provide adequate coverage of the market under his/her responsibility, for all the product lines. Responsibilities include, under supervision of the Senior Service Sales Leader: contract negotiations, pricing in accordance with the Discount Authority Matrix in place, product lines allocations among authorized channels, as well as assuring continuous channel development (organizational, product knowledge)
• Develops an activity plan highlighting measures to be initiated in the territory to grow the business
• Work cross-functionally on the actions and strategies identified as necessary, in order to maintain or improved the region order performance
• Liaising and coordinating escalation management for all technical and non-technical matters.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• A Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Life Science/ Biochemistry/ Chemistry or any Science related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant sales/ account management experience with good working knowledge of scientific industry segments such as Life, Environmental, Industrial, Healthcare and Diagnostics.
• The position is suited for a person with an outgoing personality and enjoys lots of people interaction opportunities, working with different stakeholders both internal and external to execute sales & marketing programs.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
• Exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing business environment.
• Be able to travel locally and regionally as needed for required customer meetings.
