#### Position Description:
The Lenovo Services team is creating a world class Channel Services
organization. The ROW Channel Services organization will focus on
transforming our channel services programs and enabling our channel partners.
Our mission is to lead the industry in channel experience, making it easier to
do services business with Lenovo than any other manufacturer. We will enable
our channel partners with the right technology, tools, analytics, assets and
resources to drive our joint services business. Last and most importantly, we
will accelerate Lenovo and partner profitability, ensuring our mutual goals
are aligned and supported. Our channel partners and Lenovo will win together
with services.
The Channel Services Content Operations Specialist will be responsible for
supporting the needs and requirements of our channel content syndication
program, tools, online, optimization programs and strategies. Being a core
member of this team, responsibility will be to support the team in helping
drive our clear and simple services offering approach through to our channel
partners’ websites, and customers in all geographies, in various forms,
directly and indirectly. Ultimately it’s about supporting the team to enable
our channel partners to effectively and easily sell Lenovo services.
• Responsibilities Include:
• Closely working with the team to help enable our services upsell strategy on
channel partner websites as well as partner internal systems.
• Help drive the launch and ongoing support of projects around Lenovo content
syndication including, Lenovo Services’ Logo Program..
• Creating and adapting rich media content in multiple languages (via 3rd
party translation services).
• Working with our marketing, web and operations teams to help enhance and
enrich our online .com services content and user experience.
• Managing master data including creating, updating and deleting information
within Lenovo internal systems.
• Provide quality assurance of services data and working with the global data
management team as necessary to validate data accuracy.
• Develop management-level reports and analysis.
#### Position Requirements:
\- 2+ years of digital content and data marketing experience; high-tech
industry and/or services experience preferred
\- Bachelor’s degree required
\- Experience working with global teams across cultural, language, and time
differences; conducting business internationally
\- Extensive experience working with content, data, and websites, and
leveraging digital to drive measurable business results
\- Communications and presentation skills, demonstrating executive presence
\- Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to
influence at all levels of matrixed organizations
\- Experienced with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,
etc.)
Base gross monthly salary from 1100 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
