Position Description:
Channel Services Enablement Manager will be responsible for working across
multiple geographies and business operations on driving strategy and execution
around two key initiatives: 1) Bundling and base warranty management 2)
Enabling renewals and growing after point of sales of services in Channel. He
or she will lead the effort in creating competitive analysis around services
bundles, driving markets to bundle services, and working to define strategy
and processes for Channel renewals and after point of sale attach. Lastly, he
or she will be responsible for providing high-level engagement across Lenovo
leadership to gain and maintain necessary mindshare within broader channel
sales teams.
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage warranty competitive analysis
• Closely work with geos and business operations to establish reporting views
necessary for analyzing and driving bundling strategy across key markets
• Leading project to establish process around Lenovo services renewals
enablement for Channel. Work within larger team delivering new digital partner
enablement to ensure renewals process is captured and integrated into Partner
Portal Enablement.

Position Requirements:
\- 7+ years of Channel, Services, Operations, Marketing or related experience
\- Bachelor’s degree required
\- Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences
\- Operational strength to understand complex data issues and ability to
create innovative solutions to overcome
\- Experience establishing simple, effective, and powerful BMS
