Job Description

Follow up, control and manage the daily activities and performance of the Indirect Sales within the region


  • Implements, monitors and takes overall responsibility for region partner and OEM business plan.

  • Participate to the budget process and monitor the budget achievement for the region


  • Make sure that the region partner and OEM sales key performances indicators are properly managed, reported and analyzed.


  • Coordinate the efficiency and the productivity of the partner and OEM with regional office
  • Coordinates sales for partner and OEM by establishing goals

Perform directly activities toward distributors

  • Understand the market environment
  • Keep a constant link and follow up with the field activities and results: visit regularly distributors, check frequently Sales and Marketing activities …
  • Look for new business opportunities through the expansion of OEM channels through geographical and/or vertical market segmentation. (Food packing; Electronic especially)
  • Be aware about competitor action and market needs to act consequently to develop market share and company market awareness according to company strategy.
- Handle and follow policy for Sale conflict between direct and Channel

Liaising with other departments on China region related issues:

  • Work with Marketing department to provide communication tools and market development programs to the distributors
- Work with Technical support team to optimize the offered level of technical support to the distributors.

Implement Sales & Group process/project implementation

  • Make sure that the company strategies, rules and processes are properly implemented in the region
  • Implement sales policy: formalization & communication, promotion campaign, price policy, sales training
  • Support the implementation of company procedures, business rules/compliance and tools
- Support the achievement of transversal KPI like DSO or Inventory turns

Education / Training

Bachelor degree or above

Work experience


1. A minimum of 10 years of business experience with world class multinational companies, of which 7 years must be gained in relevant sales segment.

2. At least 5 years team management experience.


3. Experience in the Packaging/ Coding solution IT/Machinery Auto ID industry is highly preferred.

4. Experience in developing and managing channel business is mandatory.


5. High level of intellectual capacity.


Knowledge & skills

1. Excellent command of English and the local language. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
