Be bold when others would have given up and lead one of Siemens’ key data analytics teams within the domain of Sales to bring value to our business by driving the Sales Data Cloud to the next level. Your mission is to you guide and lead a global team of sales domain data experts across multiple locations to drive the Siemens’ digitalization for sales. Change the future with us. Using your expertise, you will be responsible for: Build and lead a strong team of domain data experts and consultants that can assume end-to-end responsibility for their services and projects Drive Sales Data Cloud strategic placement in Siemens by ramping up standardized data products, data sharing concepts, data catalogue etc. Support the team on identifying priorities, project escalations, individual coaching, and personal development Grow/foster an agile mindset and an agile way of working (e.g. agile working methods) Build deep relationships with partners (business and other corporate/OpCo IT departments) to become a trusted advisor for their most critical sales processes that support their digital transformation Collaboration with other IT DA departments and drive and support strategic initiatives forward for the Siemens Data Cloud Take ownership of key projects and manage those projects with the key stakeholders from the business Bridging towards other domains, especially financial domain related topics Take over budget responsibility and negotiations What you need to make real what matters. A masters degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. Several years of experience and also more than 3 years of experience in leadership of international teams Excellent communication and mediation skills Profressional experience with sales processes along the Customer Journey and sales platforms/tools (e.g., SalesForce, SieSales, CPQ, ECommerce-Platforms, Pricing, Sales Planning, Customer service etc.) Hands-on experience with finance data models (e.g. SAP raw data, ESPRIT, BA Dash etc.) Ability to understand technical concepts and turn them into business terms Customer centric mindset Work experience in agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) Business fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken) Technical understanding and willingness to ramp up technological know-how appreciated (SQL, Visualization technologies, analyzing and modeling datasets) What we offer. 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard Attractive remuneration package Development opportunities for both personal and professional growth 30 leave days and a variety of flexible working models that allow time off for yourself and your family Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG Find more benefits here Individual benefits are adapted to meet local legal regulations, the requirements of different job profiles, locations, and individual preferences.
